If youâre in World of Warcraft PvP mode, here are a few good tips for you to look at.
If you have to leave your keyboard then be sure and hide your player in a good place where you canât be found.
Run away if you donât think that you can win. This is good practice to follow and the motto âlive to fight another dayâwas something that I personally adhered to. Of course that was before I gave up Wow PvP entirely and went only for PvE game playing.
If you are going to run, try not to make it too obvious where youâre going to and where you will run to next. Act crazy, take unexpected turns and twists, and even double back on yourself if you can.
The only thing that you donât want to do is to run straight into a tree or a boulder! By all means hide behind one to catch your breath, but donât let your enemy catch you behind one either. This spells disaster all around.
Also remember that even when youâre hiding your name can be seen in red by your enemies, so find a good spot to hide is possible.
You also have the option of using such things as potions to aid in your escape. Or if youâre a druid or priest, using such things as morphing into aquatic form, or levitating over water is a good idea.
However you look at it, going into water is a good idea, especially if your enemy is mounted and can catch you faster because of this. If they try and follow you into the water they will be automatically dismounted.
You also have the choice when running away of going towards others of your faction and yelling (use the command /yell, or /y) for help. If there are others in the nearby vicinity they will normally come out to help you.
One of the best escape tricks that you can use is if you have your own mount. You can get away faster than you would on foot. Of course this doesnât work too well if your enemy also has a mount and they are higher leveled than you!
The one thing that you really need to know in World of Warcraft PvP mode is that you can be attacked while fighting a monster even. This means that you will have to fight off both the monster and the attacking player as well.

Stamina is the primary attribute for the World Of Warcraft Warlock. Here\'s why:
1) Agility grants an enhanced chance for critical hits in melee. What good is that going to do a spellcaster? It has nothing to do with your spells chance to crit.
2) Intelligence increases your chance to get critical hits with spells. DoT\'s have no critical hit capability. (Well, Immolate can crit with its initial blast.)
Strength is of no use, if the World of Warcraft Warlock has to rely on melee, then he\'s doomed. The Wow Warlock\'s primary source of damage is DoT spells, so it just doesn\'t make sense to put a high investment into INT. Spirit may seem useful because it increases your manna regen rate. However, since a World Of Warcraft warlock has the ability to convert Health into Manna, it really makes sense to increase Stamina.
Warlock Weapons
Focus on building your dagger skill. Equip a wand in your off hand, and keep an eye out to purchase or loot ever-better wands. Wands are a great back up when your mana is low. They also fire off faster than most Warlock spells.
Wow Warlock Talents
For leveling and groups, avoid Demonology. It takes forever to kill something. In the arena Demonology is great. With the correct spec and gear, a Demonology Warlock can take forever to kill.
The Destruction spec is great for soloing and groups. Destro locks do tons of damage and hit lots of crits. In top level PVP, Destro is the worst spec for a Warlock. Your critical attacks are so blunted in PVP that you just won\'t do enough damage.
Affliction is a great all-around build. It works well for PVP and PVE.
Drain Mana is useful in PVP, especially when combined with Fear. You can fear your opponent, and drain his mana while he runs crazily around. This is a great way to prevent a Paladin from bubbling and healing. Improved Corruption on the Affliction tree to instant cast is also mandatory.
Drain Life is mandatory in PVP. When you have an opponent dotted and feared, a Shadow Bolt may break fear. Drain Life will continue to damage your opponent, will heal you, and has less chance to break fear.
